Separate Artist with Same Name

however when I tried to report the same artist name using the link provided (https://community.spotify.com/t5/Staff-Announcements/Wanna-help-report-metadata-errors/m-p/750899#M1...) I got forbidden access.

any further update regarding above info? maybe I was mistakenly visit old page and there is newer page for this?
