Sharp buzzing during playback?

I'm using Windows 10 to stream Spotify and just took them up on the offer of premium for 99 cents, but thinking about canceling and never using them again, and I have been using them on my cellphone also, problems there also, the problems on the desktop is a sharp buzzing during playback ... it's fairly constant and reallly annnoying ... HELP! Please 🙂 PS It's the only streaming place that does this on my computer or cell phone .... thinking it's a Spotify issue?

There are settings on the software that can alter the sound, like High quality streaming.

Check if it's not a Sound issue from your PC/iOS/Android playing a song with another software, it's really unlikely that Spotify is causing that.

It's only spotify that causes this issue

No other online streaming sites cause this issue only Spotify? Pandora, etc are all fine?
