Songs aren't downloading?

My Question or Issue

So for a while now my playist songs have just. Not been downloading? I have space, i've cleared caches and i've tried everything.

Waiting, restarting my computer, uninstalling/reinstalling the program, checking internet connections, checking if I had a VPN on, pretty much everything i found i tried. And even that I STILL can't get them to download.

Am I doing something wrong? Help!

Thank you for taking the time to post here and for all of the troubleshooting you've done so far. Great start!

We see that you've mentioned that you reinstalled the app but can you confirm that you followed the steps that are provided in this article? There's some more steps to help thoroughly uninstall the app from your device, so if you haven't, we'd highly suggest it since the steps will make sure there's no old cache files causing this.

If it's possible, can you try with a different internet connection to see if the issue persists?
