Spotify Error windows 11 App!

Oi pessoal, vocês podem me ajudar? Estou tendo um problema com o aplicativo Spotify para Windows 11, quando vou ouvir uma música e tento avançar uma parte dela, o Spotify **bleep** para a música subsequente, e quando estou ouvindo uma música no meu telefone e abro-a no aplicativo do Windows, ele não continua a música como deveria, ele **bleep** para a próxima música duas vezes.

Eu já fiz todos esses procedimentos padrão que o Spotify recomenda, mas não tenho solução, e até formatei meu computador também. 😞
