Spotify can't save the volume state when restarting the computer

I don't understand what is the problem with Spotify software designers. Clearly they don't use the software, at least on PC (Windows). I don't understand why Spotify don't have simple features, such as global hotkeys, or default device selection... but hey, seems like they fixed the not saving music progress thing... (or something changed in Windows)... STILL they did not fixed volume not saving. VERY OLD ISSUE. Spotify is not saving the the volume state when restarting the computer. The volume is in max, then I change to a lower volume and restart the computer. When the spotify starts again, the volume is in max again. The only way it saves is closing Spotify manually.
