Spotify is preventing the Windows 11 computer from shutting down or restarting. This event occurs in Event Viewer:

When did this start happening? Did it coincide with an update to the app and/or Windows? What version of the app are you using?

If you haven't already, we recommend performing a clean reinstall and clearing the hosts file to ensure the app is working properly. Try that and see if the issue persists.
