Spotify not syncing multiple devices

Spotify on my phone and pc are operating independently while logged onto the same account, not allowing controls to work from one device to the other

Same problem here between a Mac (El Capitan) and two phones (4s w/ iOS 9 and 5s w/ iOS 10). They're all as updated as they can be based on the hardware, and all three worked fine about a week ago.
