Spotify on Windows 10 - Problem with auto-start

I am experiencing an issue where Spotify on Windows 10 is launching even when auto-launch after logon is turned off, AND even when it is blocked by Windows 10 Task Manager! Have a look at screenshots attached to this post.

PS: I am using latest version of Spotify App for Windows 10 and I am up to date with Windows 10 updates.
