Spotify scrolls back

Hi guys, I am having a problem with scrolling on desktop Spotify.

So let's say I am on my Albums library, I am scrolling the page up, but with every "scroll up" the page "scrolls back" slightly. If I am dragging the scroll bar it's fine, but whenever I use mouse wheel, it seems to be bugged.

Also. Sometimes, when I scroll through my artists or albums library and I enter album/artist page, whenever I go back to the library page and try scroll down or up it automatically teleports me to the begining of the library.

Any ideas? Tried re-installig Spotify, but it still occurs.
