Spotify won't pause

Hey guys, I have been using Spotofy for quite some time now (I just use the website version , not the desktop app). I have the following problems: it won't pause / or stop a song, when the song is over it just stops, rather than play the next one and the green tracker that tell you for far into the song you are is not working. If anyone has one/more of these problems and knows a solution  I will be more than happy to hear from you. Or anyone else who can help. Thanks is advance !

That doesn't sound quite right.

Have you tried reinstalling your app? If not here's a step by step tutorial.

Well, I´ll be damned. That actually worked!!

I googled this thinking I´d never find a solution as to why Spotify all of a sudden has stopped letting me pause when I am working in word for instance, but there you were, handing me the solution first try.
