Spotify won't play the song I select, instead a different one.

Recently, I've started experiencing a recurring issue with Spotify on Windows where I go to select a specific song from an album, and it selects the first track, or a random one if I have shuffle turned on. Restarting the client doesn't help. It doesn't always do this, sometimes it'll suddenly work again, but it's a bug that reappears.

You are not alone in this, This issue is due to a bug within the recent update and Spotify needs to fix it.
