Stop Spotify PC turning on computer

My Question or Issue

I was wishing to find a setting to stop my PC Spotify app from waking up my computer from sleep when I play Spotify from my phone. For example, if I had turned my computer to sleep and then proceeded to play Spotify from my phone, my computer will turn on to the lock screen and display the UI to skip and view the current song.

It seems, from you description, that you Connect feature is still on recognizing your PC when you use your mobile phone.

What i would like you to first of all do is to read more about the Spotify Connect feature on this support page.

Try and remove devices from the list to see if that makes any change.
