My Question or Issue

 

Hi,

 

I have my own music on spotify. The "Spotiy for Artists" app shows me, that I had streams the last 3 days, but the counter doesn't count anything. The number 19,499 isn't changing.

 

No matter which OS I use, the number won't change.

 

Does Spotify has got an issue with the streamcounter?

Hey @djrelaxingsound, thanks for reaching out.

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstallation of the app. Just follow the steps here.

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?

thanks for your answer.

 

No matter what Operating System I use, in every app (Windows, iOS) it shows not

correctly the streams I had before. Now it's adding plays, but it's not the correct

number of streams. Yesterday, I had about 600 plays, which I know from the

"Spotify For Artists" app. A few days ago, I had 19,499 all time plays for one of my

songs. Now I have 19,977 plays. Today, a few hours ago, I had 19,906. No matter

which app I use, Spotify shows me (in every Spotify app on Windows 8, 10 or iOS

10) the same amount of all-time plays.

 

 

"Spotify for Artists" shows me excactly the same amount of plays, which I have in

particular apps.

 

Could it be, that Spotify having a general problem with the play counter?
