[Troubleshooting] Spotify keeps muting itself during skype screen and sound share

My Question or Issue

 I am playing spotify but after I pause a song, it may decide to mute itself, but when I try to unmute it in volume mixer, it doesn't unmute, I restart spotify and sometimes it unmutes, and I CONSTANTLY have to do this, and it's downright annoying now. This ONLY happens during skype calls, I don't know any other way to fix it, everything else works fine as far as sound goes, it's just spotify messing up, and I just want to another app that shares sound and screen, we need more of those apps
