My Question or Issue

Unable to start radio on Win 10 desktop app.

It always says "This radio station cannot be started"

I tried starting it from my Android phone and radio works there

First off, if this is only happening on your desktop, do you mind trying a clean reinstall of the app and making sure you're on the latest version (currently 1.1.22 on desktop)?

If that doesn't work, could you let us know the exact steps you're using to start a radio station on the app?

We'll then try to see if we can reproduce this issue on our end. If not, we'll continue to troubleshoot this.

Hi Peter.

I am getting this randomly on all Spotify clients I use - Windows 10, MacOS, Android.

The steps are the usual, just right-click on my playlist and try starting the radio.

On MacOS I am now on 1.1.24.91.g4ca6d5eb, the issue is still present.

Hey Peter. Any update on the issue? I keep getting this all the time.
Had to re-install my MacOS recently and even on a fresh system with freshly installed spotify client problem still persists.
