Web Player Offline

My web player says that it's offline and I can't play any songs on it. It looks like this: http://prntscr.com/m12rny

It plays fine on my phone but I can't figure out how to get it to work on my browser

First, could you try opening the web player in a different browser/incognito window and see if that resolves the issue for you? 

If not, then could you try a different internet connection (e.g. using the hotspot on your mobile device)?
