Hi,
i recently noticed that my playlists keep repeating themselves once they have reached their last songs. Usually Spotify just continued playing similar music which I really liked. I am using the desktop App on my PC and the "AutoPlay" feature in the settings seems gone, I can't find it anywhere.
Was the feature removed?
Can anyone help? Thx!

Strangely, the Repeat-Option isnt even enabled so i would expect Spotify to stop playing once the playlist is through. Maybe that is a bug? Although that is unrelated to the removed autoplay-function... 😞

The Loop/Repeat option is still there 🙂
Maybe a clean install would help if it isn't there for you.
Yes if that option won't be enabled the playlist just will end.

I know that the Loop/Repeat option is still there, but i have disabled it on purpose. Yet, Spotify keeps repeating the playlist instead of just stopping at the end.
Why on earth was it removed in the first place?
This was absolutely a good feature and should not have been removed.
Some answers about why it was removed would be nice.
They will never answer your questions.
Your only recourse is to use a different music streaming service.
I have the same problem, and was in contact with SpotifyCares on Facebook about it. They said they worked on a solution, which would be coming soon, but it hasnt. I think its a great feature, but it seems to have been taken away for some reason.
But n the Help Section is written scroll down 'til the Autoplay Function -> https://support.spotify.com/de/using_spotify/features/autoplay/
but its not there!

Those guys at Spotify are very good at removing the most useful features (e.g. Spotify Running). **bleep**.
This is not a solution at all...
Why this option have been removed from Desktop App at first place? Is it a bug, isn't it?
Should I expect to have it removed on Mobile as well?
