404 means that the page you're trying to view is invalid or no longer exists. May I ask where do you get this error? Is it somewhere on the Spotify website? If so, it's possible that you were trying to view a page or an article that isn't available in your region. You can try changing the currently set region by scrolling all the way down to the bottom of the page to see if it would make a difference.
