playlist does not download to pc, Spotify works offline, trying to download to music file

Does this happen with a specific playlist or with multiple ones and are you seeing any error messages? Despite the playlist not downloading, can you confirm if the app works in offline mode?

Have you tried any troubleshooting steps so far such as a clean reinstall for example? It can often help resolve issues with Spotify's performance.

If you haven't already we also recommend testing with a different internet connection. If this is happening on PC you can share mobile data to it from your mobile phone via hotspot.

It'd b great if you could also let us know if this is happening on another device as well.
