"Every playlist on "Your Library" is empty

My Question or Issue

All my playlist listed on "Your Library" section are empty on PC (Windows 10).

On my iphone its all ok. But, one thing I could do and now I can't, is to open the playlists "Songs I like" and play the songs from iPhone to PC. Since my playlists disappeared i can't do that anymore.

I already tried all the suggestions in this forum and nothing is working.

x - Deleting Host file

x - Reseting networking configuration (there is nothing to reset)

x - Reinstalling

x - Logout and login

x - Restarting the PC (+10.000 times)

x - Dont' have any third party software that may be interfering

Please help.

Uninstall your current version of Spotify and use this full installer instead:

Damn, okay.
This solved it for me, I guess there is more to this problem.

I openned up Spotify this morning and guess what? The problem is back. Now I can't see my "Friend's activity" either. I don't really care about that but, its a thing to consider.
