Let me add, I have already uninstalled then reinstalled spotify

This happened b4, and eventually i had to speak to a spotify representative through a private chat, and they personally fixed the problem from spotify's end.

Can you let us know what exactly is not updating in Spotify? Is it a specific playlist? Or are songs not being added to Liked Songs? 

Can you also tell us what your Spotify version is?
