My Question or Issue

Why the ad is displayed to the middle in the app desktop and Who block the app by the preventing the ad close.

When there are the feature for prevent to ad notice to the middle in the app desktop.

The ad is a burden to navigate the app and who is block the app.

Could you restart your device, log out and log back in again to see if anything changes?

In case you're using any adblockers, you can disable them to see if that makes a difference.

Hello,

I don't use ad blockers on the desktop app. it's the ad that's blocked and freezes the performance of the desktop app.

Even by clearing app the caches then after uninstalling and reinstalling the application cleanly. after a few days the application slows down because of the ads displayed in the middle of the application.

In case you're using the app from our website, you can download it from the Microsoft store to see if that changes anything.

Just to confirm-are there any changes after running a clean reinstall?

Did this occur, for example, after an update?
