I just signed up for premimum and paid the 11.99 on iTunes but I see Spotify offers 3 months nor for just .99 a month. Who can I contact to get it fixed?

Hi there welcome to the community,

 

The offer is only for users who never had Premium before. As you bought a premium subscription through Itunes, you missed the promo. 

I'll forward your request to the staff. They may can do something for you.

 

Tip, buy premium through the website instead of in itunes. That way you will save 2.00 each month.

Thank you. Actually the difference is more like $11 a month if I'm reading it right. I'm okay with keeping the credit on file and just extending the time they have me on the premimum service. Thanks Jordi

Apple/iTunes will need to get this sorted for you on their end. I'd suggest reaching out to them again if necessary.

Hey Pete the credit got issed by iTunes but now I don't know how to implement the .99 for 3 monjths.  Right now the screen for omy account says it is paused....  Can yo advise?
