I pay more than 9.99

Hi,

Every month I pay more than 9.99 to spotify. The amount varies. For exapmle I paid 10.19 last month. Why? When I look at the receipts from my account on spoify, it is 9.99 as it should be. 

So who is taking this amount? 

I don't care about 0,2 liras, but I hate when I don't see who is taking it. Can anyone help me on this issue please?

Edit: Spotify is promoted in my local currency here, so no need for a conversion.

If the ammount varies, it might be your bank's fault, as they may be converting the foreign currency to yours.

Well I don't know how this has been chosen as a solution but it is NOT. 

Spotify is promoted in my local currency here, so no need for a conversion. 

My problem stil stands.
