[All Platforms] Sleep Timer

I am a new user to Spotify from NZ and the first thing I miss having moved from iphone's built in music player is the sleep timer. I understand this feature stopped working in one of the recent versions of spotify App. If it is a compatibility issue partly related to iOS 5, may I suggest that you build a sleep timer into the App itself? 

Also, as suggest by one other Spotify user, Nyx, it would be even better if you could include an alarm featuer so we can all wake up to our favourite playlists within Spotify.

Thanks again for all the great work you guys are doing and we really hope you would consider this new idea.

Update: The issue with sleep timer seems to be working in iOS 8.

A sleep timer would be a great idea. So we can fall asleep while listening to music and not have to worry about the app running all night.

I was thinking about that and it is here! Pls do this ASAP. I want to set a timer to stop the music on spotify so after couple minutes i wont get awake by the music when i am asleep.

I think that this should be a basic feature on the Spotify app. I use an android phone, and I don't want to unnecessarily download another app just as a timer for Spotify...

It would be so awesome to be able to wake up to a mix of my playlists or a specific downloaded song. Preferably this feature would have background capabilities so the screen doesn't have to stay on all night.

Is this something that's already in the works? If so, is there an estimated launch?

Sleep timer / alarm. Spotify developers, a lot of us sleep and wake to music or podcasts. I would like to LOUDLY co sign to all the sleep timer requests posted so far. I have an android device, its a no brainer feature, so what is the problem. I just dropped Napster and its the only feature I miss. Come on guys.

I'm no computer wizz, but I don't see why such a huge process is necessary to add a timer funchtion to the app is necessary. It do not listen to Spotify when I go to bed because it will play all night. Can't help but feel like something is missing though it seems so obvious. 

Maybe I'm wrong though. Just my thoughts.

I use Spotify on PC more than my phone, this feature should also be on computer Spotify app
