[All Platforms] Sleep Timer

I am a new user to Spotify from NZ and the first thing I miss having moved from iphone's built in music player is the sleep timer. I understand this feature stopped working in one of the recent versions of spotify App. If it is a compatibility issue partly related to iOS 5, may I suggest that you build a sleep timer into the App itself? 

Also, as suggest by one other Spotify user, Nyx, it would be even better if you could include an alarm featuer so we can all wake up to our favourite playlists within Spotify.

Thanks again for all the great work you guys are doing and we really hope you would consider this new idea.

Update: The issue with sleep timer seems to be working in iOS 8.

I know right. At least iOS saves the day with their countdown timer.

PC native app really needs this. I'd love to be able to set it at a specific point in the playlist, just be able to add a "stop" to the queue, so it plays the songs in the queue, then reaches the stop and stops.

If you have iOS, then you’re in luck. A great solution was provided by NZDE

If you have iOS (Apple software) then start Spotify, then use your clock, the countdown timer gives you options of what to do when it reaches zero. One of the options is to stop music!! Brilliant.

The point is that we shouldn’t be needing to use third party solutions to make up for the lack of an incredibly basic function on an app put out by a music streaming service with customers in 60+countries, 30 million songs, and billions of dollars.

Hey guys pls, we really need a sleep timer, is the same that works in our tv or in Netflix. We activated the sleep timer, and before turn off, Spotify could ask, hey anyone still there?
