[Android] Rearrange Tracks inside a Playlist

On my iPod I can manually move my songs around that are in my playlist, but I can't do the same on my phone which is what I mostly use. It would be easier to have that option on all devices.

Just noticed that someone from Spotify has only replied once to this thread. Guessing they are not taking the request very seriously or don't even bother looking at it. Maybe we should test to see how vigilant they are by publishing untruths about them 😉

I can agree with that also.

They are responsible for world hunger for music that you can decently play and CUSTOMIZE YOUR PLAYLISTS

 I think  this is  a feature that will ensure advantage over Apple Music for Android. The overall UX of Spotify is already great, this is one the major flaws of the  app.

Though it was me... but hey, its the app that can't do that simple task! Is there anything we can do beside complaining here? Already added kudo's 🙂

Call me a cinic but I assume this is just a loyalty tactic to promote Apple products. Plenty of apps have better or expanded functionality on Apple, and Spotify doesn't have any valid reasons like limited resources for why they wouldn't give Android users the same experience.

This needs to happen. I've had android for 3 years and Spotify premium for around 5. And yet I'm still not able to edit a playlist on my phone!? Bizarre and a little upsetting that it's not being addressed. Your competitors are gaining ground Spotify, time to step it up!
