[Android] Rearrange Tracks inside a Playlist

On my iPod I can manually move my songs around that are in my playlist, but I can't do the same on my phone which is what I mostly use. It would be easier to have that option on all devices.

Yep it still is. You (Spotify) forgot to tell us HOW we will let you know 🙂

Please vote for this idea if you already didn't, I know this is not an idea but it seems the only way Spotify uses to move up the developers priorities, even if its their own fault having not implemented such a basic feature.

So frustrated!!! Remove this function from Apple for few years and move it to Android! Millions frustrated android users deserve it!

Cmon how hard is this to do......   we arent changing the album order...  we are simply trying to create a playlist  with amazing songs that have great starts  and endings...  we shouldnt have to keep making multiple play list!!!!

It's not hard to do, the code is already there (look at the next to be
played virtual playlist or watch my video https://youtu.be/Zg0XeKLtQ88)

Please vote for this idea, we are <1000 votes so I doubt Spotify pay any
attention on this, even when this is not a new idea but basic functionality
not implemented 🙂

Spotify Customer Service really doesn't give a darn about paying customers. We Android users, only 88% of the smartphone market, have been asking for the drag n' drop arranging of playlists for over 3 years (so that we could do what everybody else on all other devices can do), but we always get the bulk answer: "Thank you for your feedback, we will forward this idea to the developers". Nothing ever happens concerning the issue. I call that utter contempt towards the users of the most prominent Spotify platform. My recommendation? Completely avoid Spotify if you are on Android and if you aren't already stuck with it, cuz other apps let you drag n' drop. (To find the development thread containing all the rage of Android users, google "Rearrange tracks inside a playlist (Android)". But notice: it is no use adding your complaints, because Spotify simply doesn't listen to feedback. So yeah, don't join us, just avoid Spotify.)
