Add block podcast function.

We can already block or hide an artist entirely, this should be available for podcasts as well.

You listen to an episode or two, don't care for a podcast or even hate it, and now you can block it. At present if you listen to another podcast you are up to date on and Spotify continues to similar content it may populate your queue with another episode of the podcast you never want to hear again. Let's end that.
