[Android][Other] Improve the Spotify icon for rounded icons

Hello! The android Spotify icon recently got updated with a black border. For anyone with a dark or black wallpaper, the icon now appears to be smaller than all the other icons on the phone because the black blends in the the backdrops, making it look really off-putting and out of place.

 

Looked a lot nicer when the logo took up the whole space! Not sure if iPhone users would have the same issue, but it would make sense they do.

 

HopwHopef this can be easily adjusted!

I know new guidelines for android has been rolled out by Google, but why the dark border? That's like the one thing they tryed make publishers NOT  do... this was a horrible designchoise... please change it back.

Idea? Should be considered a bug I reckon, it pretty much creates a visual bug.

Looks really bad now! 

Please do not change something that works and spend time on fixing bugs that exist for years (e.g. in the windows app).

I thought it is samsungs/androids fault, because a few months ago you could  in the settings choose between just the icon or with a border.

Spotify hired some dumb UI and UX designers, I guess...

I always wonder how big corporations like Google or Spotify can make so stupid mistakes, in so obvious things.

This doesn't make any sense? Why change your perfect green icon and add an ugly black ring outside? Looks weird and like its its some beta or something.

100% Agree with the overwhelming opinion here - the new icon is truly dreadful! Please change it back Spotify - you've ruined the aesthetics of many phones!
