[Android] Remove the Shuffle / Play Button

Hi, I tried out your new design, which I have mixed feelings about, but nevermind that. The most annoying thing I come over in the new Spotify (for iPhone by the way) is the dumb, big, overlapping, unnecessary shuffle play button that pops up everywhere. Is this a bug or is this on purpose? Could at least had add an option for it. Also, it doesn't look streamlined at all with the current design. Did it even occur that not everyone wants a shuffle play button?

My original issue was that as a novice, I assumed you could ONLY shuffle play, as there was no 'play' option...until a teenager told me if I just clicked on the first track I could just play the album through!! Very confusing!

When I first upgraded to Premium, I assumed it was a glitch and that I could only shuffle play. There was nothing telling me how to play normally. Its huge. Far too big for a feature that I never use. I upgraded so I wouldnt have to shuffle. The placement of this button suggests that it is the single highest priority for the average user. It's not. The new interface is so good in so many ways bit this really gets up my nose. It should be easy to access but shouldn't slap you in the face and consume all of the screen real estate. All it would take is an option in settings to show or hide it. So that if you want it you can have it but if you dont you can do without.

But...

You can turn off the shuffle! On playlists! At leat on Android.

It's not as inituative as you'll like but the button is there. 

1. Start playing the first song in the playlist.

2. Open the song in "full view" (tap at the bottom so you get the "big picture" view).

3. Notice the classic "shuffle symbol" at the bottom left. Tap it so it's no longer green.

4. Don't press the big shuffle button again, obviously, or you'll have to repeat the problem

I like the button, I basically use shuffle 100% of the time if I play a playlist.

I would like it to be split into two, however. One Play, one Shuffle side by side.

It's a shame that the button is not removed yet. You guys are doing a great job, so why don't you see this is soo wrong. The button makes me angry every time I use the app, and it would be the main reason to end my premium subscription. Please just remove it.

This button is offensive to the artist. They have created a work of art and chosen the order in which the tracks should be played as part of their creation. I wish to listen to the album the way the artist intended. To make the default way of playing the work to be "shuffle" the tracks is detraction from the work and should be removed immediately. Making the individual delve through the settings to change this for EACH album is an insult to the Artist and the user. I will be closing my account with Spotify if it is not changed. 

How dare you people make such a fundamental change to a work of art. Actually, the fact that you have done this shows careless disregard for the artist and I am closing my account NOW. Goodbye!

Staff's response is just stupid.  If I'm paying for the service, give me the option not to be treated as a free user!  What the hell is the advantage to keeping the button?

Terrible UX. A massive front-and-centre button should be the main call-to-action. Do the majority of your users desperately want to shuffle tracks? I'd guess not.

Actually, it's so bad, that I'm actually wondering what your ulterior motive is here? Why are you so desperate for users to shuffle their tracks?

Do It !!!!!!!!!!!! Get rid of the big stupid Shuffle Play button. (- annoyed premium user)
