[Android] Remove the Shuffle / Play Button

Hi, I tried out your new design, which I have mixed feelings about, but nevermind that. The most annoying thing I come over in the new Spotify (for iPhone by the way) is the dumb, big, overlapping, unnecessary shuffle play button that pops up everywhere. Is this a bug or is this on purpose? Could at least had add an option for it. Also, it doesn't look streamlined at all with the current design. Did it even occur that not everyone wants a shuffle play button?

@Prosserc -what works for me is tapping on the first song. That sets the album playing in the expected order.

Do you not understand the absudity in having a music playing application with no 'PLAY' button?

I understand a shuffle button on a playist or an artist, but an album!?  Makes no sense to have it so big and un removable on an album page.

The shuffle play button is really stupid. Get rid of it. Why on earth would anyone want a huge massive shuffle button in their face all the time. As an option, fine. As a huge green blot on the Spotify landscape.  Nonsense.

I never ever listen to an album in shuffle play. Therefore I never listen to music with Spotify. Was testing Spotify again to see if it had become any better.

Not so. Gonna stick with Apple for a while more.

Spotify, please add a Play button next to Shuffle Play if you are so in love with the Shuffle Play button. I see no logical reason a user has to undo a Shuffle to enjoy the music as created by the Album artist. For Playlists that may have made sense, but has no good reason for me constantly click several buttons to un-shuffle an album. Do we need to march on the streets to get this fixed?

No need to march to the streets, just quit you Spotify subscription and get
another music streamer. I landed on Tidal after many years with Spotify.
The Shuffle button just pissed me off too much.

I've had it with Spotify.  I am cancelling my subscription.  They care nothing about customer service.  It is ridiculous for a company to ignore customer requests for over two years.  I'm out!
