Downtime July 22nd, 2025: Can't login to Spotify Kids

We're receiving reports mentioning that Spotify Kids is having some issues to let the users log in. This is already being investigated internally by the relevant teams. Thanks for your reports.

Can't believe this has happened at the start of the summer holidays and for it to be out of action for nearly a day so far.

Despite the fix still experiencing this in the UK. Have tried erasing app data, reinstalled, but still the same message

Same issues here in Ireland. I just signed up to the family plan yesterday.

Same in the UK. I upgraded to family premium yesterday so I could have access for the kids.

Ticked off kid got signed off of her Spotify today; couldn’t get signed back on — not available in our country or region (USA). No Benson Boone all day! 😭

Same issue in Germany. 
but on our iPad it’s still working on iOS Version: 15.8.4

iPhones versions: iOS 18.5 and 16.7.11 not working.

Same issue here, I’ve updated the kids app too and no improvement. I can’t vote or subscribe to updates for some reason so hoping commenting will keep me notified of any fixes.
