Incorrect number of Liked Songs

We've been getting reports that some users are not seeing the correct number of Liked Songs in their Library. This is happening across multiple platforms: Windows, Mac, iOS and Android.

We are now investigating this.

Got a new phone and only a few of my liked songs are on the playlist

I am having this problem when I have moved over to my new phone (Honor Magic 6 Pro). I have moved from having 4115 songs saved to 276 songs saved.

I noticed all the lyrics to my liked songs were not showing and more recently the little ad bar on the bottom of my Desktop(PC) app states: Failed to load URL https://................ - the url. I logged out and back in and reinstalled the app but lost over 3/4ths of my "Liked Songs"; I had over 1,380 songs, and now i'm down to 244. i didn't log into the wrong account (I only have the one), no filters have been set, and there are no third-party adblockers enabled. I'm still logged in on my iphone with the songs i'm missing still available, affraid to log out on it incase i lose all those songs. another thing i want to mention incase it's helpful; bluetooth device on spotify app won't connect

Same problem, but got from 4000 to 290, and its only like this on pc spotify, all right on phone app.

The app doesn't save the songs I like, so I often lose all the music I discover on the randomizer without any hint of remembering their name. I don't know why, but this bug appears to only happen on my desktop. It doesn't let me save the music I want to add to my Favorites.

En español, la app no guarda la música que añado a "Me gusta". Este bug solo me pasa en el ordenador y he intentado reiniciar la app o desinstalarla sin éxito. Me la paso perdiendo la música que descubro sin poder retenerla en mi libreria.

I've just changed from an Android (OnePlus 9 pro) to a new iphone 15 pro and I'm having the same problem. I'm logged in my Android phone and iPad pro l, both having 1860 songs but I've installed Spotify on the iPhone and it only shows me 265 songs. I've tried to perform a clean reinstall 3 times and it doesn't change a thing. It is pretty annoying, hope it is fixed soon. 

iOS version is 17.3.1 and the Spotify version on the iPhone is 8.9.38

I've been having this same issue, but when I go on the PC app, all my saved stuff is there.

I've had this problem since I changed my new iphone 15 with last IOS version (updated the 9th may). I went from 2487 saved songs to 263. I've also noticed that all the tracks are present when I connect to the web version of spotify but unfortunately not on the mobile application. Thank you for helping me recover all the tracks.

Cleared my cache a few days ago due to the amount of space it was taking up, then deleted and reinstalled the app. I've tried clean reinstalling, logging out, etc but 1,500 songs are still missing from my iPhone 12 Liked Songs library. Oddly, all my songs are still saved on my iPad and desktop.
