Incorrect number of Liked Songs

We've been getting reports that some users are not seeing the correct number of Liked Songs in their Library. This is happening across multiple platforms: Windows, Mac, iOS and Android.

We are now investigating this.

Having the same issue here, iOS 17.1.2, App version 8.9.38.455. 

Have tried uninstalling, clearing cache, storage, rebooting and logging out of all devices. I have 226 songs showing on iPhone but 1503 in the playlist.

Same issue, just swapped phones showing 301 Liked Songs on my iPhone but 4,079 on everything else, tried reinstalling multiple times, clearing caches etc but still not working.

My Question or Issue

My liked songs playlist used to have around 2k+ songs. After powering on my old Pixel 3 I haven’t used since last December, almost all my liked songs were removed to the point I used it previously (now at 316 songs)

Having the same problem on desktop, only showing a small portion of my liked songs.

• Seeing only 288 on desktop compared to 1,122 on iPhone

hi! it also happened to me, i lost 1800 songs saved since from 2016. After deleting the app 4 times, it all came back, keep trying!

I'm having the same problem!!!! I have about 700 songs in my liked songs and it shows 88 😞

I have tried everything, reinstalling, clearing caches, installing from Microsoft store and the official website. Nothing seems to be working

The issue seems to be fixed on my iPhone.

hi i don't know if it the same issue but i keep seeing duplcated song, like, the desktop app i have added muilple song twices for example run by lucy

Been having the same issue i've gone from 1300 songs to 290.

Did anyone manage to find a fix for this issue
