It's still not working for me!

Right now I have premium individual, which will be changed to basic individual on 13th september. 

Could that be why it's not working? Or do I have to wait until my subscription has been changed?

Apologies for the delayed reply here 🙂

Gift cards are not compatible with discounted plans, as well as the Basic plan, which is most likely the reason why redeeming the gift card code is not working on your end.

And, as we would still like to look further into this just in case there's still an error on our side, @valvitas, could you tell us if the issue is still persisting on your end and what the error you're receiving is?
We'd also like to know if you're on the free or a Premium plan and if you're currently using any Premium time via gift cards, as the maximum stackable amount is 18 months.

We'll be on the lookout for your reply.
