Mix button not working

We’re seeing reports from users that the Mix button isn’t working with their playlists. For some of them, it’s only happening with certain playlists, while for others, it’s affecting all of them.

The Mix feature was firstly rolled out on my account 2-3 days ago and and worked on all playlists for like a day or two and I've noticed now that it stopped working.
Now it only works on one playlist across all platforms (iOS, Android, Desktop, Web Player).
App is fully up to date.
This looks like a partial server-side rollback or account flag issue.
Could you please check if my account is still included in the Mix rollout?

update: this problem occurs with only two of my playlists, they also happen to be the ones i mostly listen these days and also the ones that I've mostly used the feature on, all of my other playlists' new MIX feature works fine.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome.

 

Taking into account that the behavior is happening across devices, would you mind checking with a different network connection? if you don't have another one available, you can use your mobile data or a public hotspot just for testing purposes.

 

Also, it would be great if you could have someone log in with their account on your device - such as a friend or a family member, to see if the issue persists.

Sadly my mix feature has stopped working altogether.. it’s been working fine but all of the sudden I click “mix” for one of my playlists, and nothing happens and it stops my music playing, very annoying I must say!

My Question or Issue

I’ve been using the Mix function basically since it rolled out. 3 days ago the Mix button stopped working on the playlist I was working on. Just that one. I thought it might be because it got too long, but I tried turning it on on a longer playlist and it works (screenshots). I logged out and logged back in, uninstalled and reinstalled, cleared cache, and restarted my phone. I haven’t tried it on desktop because I primarily use Spotify through the mobile app. Still just on the one playlist I’m currently building. Any help would be appreciated.

I also was using mix when it rolled out. Shortly after it was only working on Spotify playlist, either ai generated or from Spotify.  Not on any of my personal playlist. Today I logged on and mix is no longer available on any playlist.
