Offline mode turns off when re-opening the app on iOS

We've received reports from iOS users that Offline mode is automatically turning off when the app is closed and re-opened.

Thanks for your patience while we investigated this issue.

 

We're happy to announce that this should now be fixed for everyone - just make sure you're running the latest version of Spotify.

 

If you're still having trouble, feel free to submit a new thread in the relevant help board here.

Es una verguenza que esten investigando y aun no se resuelve. Me tendre que ir a Tidal, apple music y miles de plataformas mejores con dolby atmos archivos hi res alta resolucion y mejores cosas, spotify lo unico por lo que se paga es por escuchar offline lo demas es igual a las otras funciones no las nota nadie.

This is still ongoing. Can we get an update on a resolution? I don’t want to cancel but I won’t have a choice. I am paying for a service I am not getting!

Sadly another week another update same result still can’t use Spotify app. At this rate the whole summer will be gone and they still won’t have a fix

Update 9.0.46.563, the issue is still not fixed. 😐

Two updates this week and they still haven't figured it out this is becoming a joke. I guess its about that time to cancel my subscription

Not to mention it uses up all my data.  Not everyone in the world has access to wifi.
