Songs in Play queue are duplicated

Hey folks!

We've received reports that deleting or adding songs in the play queue creates duplicates. This issue only seems to affect the mobile app and playlists with over 50 songs. This is being looked into.

I just got update from 1.2.41.434.g39a25e2c version to 1.2.42.290.g242057a2 version. Nothing changed, problem still exists. Any song you delete from queue it copy and copy last song from queue.

Are you also aware shuffle is broken with this issue? If I place songs into queue and cycle through the shuffle options to get new songs, then select the top song in the added queue, the queue crashes, deletes everything, and acts as though no playlist is being played anymore.

The more I try and remove stuff from the queue, the more it repeats. It's getting infuriating. The same issue has been happening on my phone too.

This issue is happening to me on my desktop app. More times than not, I cannot delete songs from a playlist's shuffled queue. When I am able to delete, the queue starts repeating the tracks over and over. It started for me a couple of days ago, 7/15/2024.

I am also having same issue but mine is different for me all songs are same to same there is no difference

 

 My device is samsung glaxy a53 5g and its one UI 6 android version 14 and application version is 8.9.58.572

I dont know whats going on please fix this issue as soon as possible

On my iPhone 12 mini running iOS 16, whenever I remove songs from the queue it just adds the same ones back making the app essentially unusable

I noticed that they added an irritating thing where it shows me a music video and I can't turn it off, not only that they added paid song lyrics where it wasn't there before, but also annoying music videos that I can't turn off

On mobile (iphone 15 pro ios 17.5.1) whenever i remove songs from the queue it doesnt add any to the bottom even though the playlist is way longer than the queue. When i press next song all of a sudden it adds songs to the bottom. Furthermore i cant get rid of the last 4-8 songs. When i press remove it just doesnt remove them. When the queue gets to those songs it just repeats them until i manually press on a song beyond those that repeat. Did a complete clean reinstall and nothing changed. On my pc when i remove songs it just copies them to the bottom of the queue a ton of times. The fact that the best they cpuld do is point me to this thread is annoying. Paying for a broken app is a joke
