Volume level can't be adjusted to Quiet on Desktop

Hey folks, 

We've received some reports from users who are unable to select "Quiet" under Volume level in the desktop app settings. "Loud" and "Normal" options are working fine. 

This is being investigated.

Every time I go to change my volume level to loud it changes. But when I exit and go back in it says quiet

I’m having a similar but different issue: No matter what I set the volume level too, Spotify switches the setting to “quiet” instantly. This is insanely annoying, as I never want my music to be quieter than the default. I want it at normal volume: as loud as can be without loss of quality.

Hello,

I've been having the same issue listed above. I believe it's just an interface error because when I switch it from Quiet to Normal or Loud it does switch the audio, however when you go back into the Volume Level it will still have Quiet selected even though the volume does match whatever option you last selected.

I've attached a screen recording showcasing how it switches back regardless of switching to Normal or Loud.

Thanks for your comment.

In order to be able to adjust the volume level you need to enable the Normalize volume toggle.

Let us know if you're then able to set the level to Quiet.
