[iOS] Spotify Widget missing on lock screen

We've received reports from iOS users about the Spotify widget being invisible on their lock screen. When they attempt to view it from the from the notifications bar while the phone is locked, it appears blank.

Hey folks! This should now be resolved 🙂

In case you're still experiencing the issue, try logging out of the app and back in again.
If that doesn't help, you can also follow these steps for a complete clean reinstall of the app.

I have the exact same issue. I've restarted my phone, removed and re-added the widget, and deleted and reinstalled Spotify and still invisible

Same here with the iPhone 14 Plus I’ve only had for a few months I thought it was just me

I had to uninstall and reinstall to try to fix a different Spotify issue. After I did this, I went to add the widget to my lockscreen again, but it shows black. I add it anyway, and it doesn't show up. I've restarted my phone. Uninstalled and reinstalled Spotify. Spotify version 8.9.74.535. iOS is 17.6.1

same for me on iphone 15, hopefully when ios 18 comes out tomorrow it will be fixed
