"Switch to video" button missing on Now Playing View on mobile

We've received reports about the "Switch to video" button not showing on Now Playing View on mobile. This affects both Android and iOS.

When this feature is available in France? I can't display "Switch to video" button it on my devices when I listen to a single that is compatible for this feature. Thanks !

Thanks for getting in touch about this here in the Community. 

Could you let us know if this has always happened or if it started happening after a specific event such as an update? We'd also like to know if this happens across devices. 

On another note, would you mind sending us a short screen recording of what you're seeing on your end so we can take a closer look? You can attach it to your next response by using the Insert Video option in the post editor. You can also upload it to Google Drive and share the link with us (make sure the video has the permissions for anyone to see it).

We'll be on the lookout.

Looks like that particular version of the song doesn't have a music video yet, but another one does. Our teams are actively working on bringing more videos for our users to enjoy. Stay tuned for more!

In case the Switch to video button doesn't show up for this song either, could you check if it does on the desktop app or another device (a friend's or a relative's would do).
