My Question or Issue
I have noticed when I connect spotify to Alexa, extra random songs are added to the end of an album or playlist in the queue. But this does not happen when I use my mobile on its own. I have auto play turned off. I've tried different amazon echo's and dots and they all do the same.

Currently, that's the normal behavior while using the Connect feature. In this case, toggling on/off AutoPlay is only possible when playing locally.
We've received other user reports about this, so in this thread we've shared a statement about this topic.

@MafeG It wasn't "normal behaviour" until about three weeks ago.
Can you please give an update on when this is going to be fixed?
I'm not happy about being told what I should be listening to. I'll decide what I play not spotify. That's why I'm leaving spotify and going to amazon. Many people hate this feature and you had a chance to remove it but you didn't so I'm leaving.
