When I go and redeem my eligibility for the offer, I am greeted with an error saying "We couldn’t confirm your eligibility for a Google Home Mini. Make sure you’ve logged in with the right account." I have tried several times and on different browsers, private mode, and even a vpn, and nothing seems to be working. Please send help!

I'm having the same problem. I got a notification in the Spotify app, but when I selected the link to redeem it I got the same error: "couldn’t confirm your eligibility for a Google Home Mini.

Same problem. I'm suspicious, too, enough that I don't even want to try this. Why is there no "contact us" on Spotify? Why does this feel so fishy???
