My profile picture doesn't show up on my artist page

I uploaded my profile pictures to Spotify For Artists but the picture doesn't show up when I search my page on Spotify
Instead, It shows the album cover of my latest release.

This problem occurs both on Desktop and the mobile app

Please keep in mind that according to the Spotify for artists FAQ the image can take up to 72 hours to update.

If after 72 hours the picture didn't change please let me know.

Hi OviiiOne, I have an issue as well. My profile picture doesn't show for the last 2 weeks. Just the header. Should I write in to Spotify or wait?

Thanks for reaching out to us. No worries. Help is on the way.

As a first step, could you make sure that you are logged in to the right account? We recommend that you log out and back in to that end. You should then try setting your profile picture anew. Keep in mind that it must meet the requirements in the Spotify for Artists FAQ:

• Have the correct file format (.jpeg, .png, or .gif)
• Avatar images must be at least 750px x 750px.
• Not exceed 20MB.

If that doesn't fix things, you should follow these steps and perform a clean reinstall. There may be a caching issue which interferes with the upload and this is an easy way to fix it.

The solution provided is not working!

I tried uploading a profile picture more than 3 times and waited more than 72 hours (at least size of 750x750), nothing happened!

The profile picture shown is my track's artwork! please help!

Just to confirm, have you tried the steps @Mihail sent previously?
