I have never had issues watching videos on Spotify but for some reason they have recently stopped.
I can’t watch any videos or podcasts.
I’ve checked all the audio quality settings etc and cannot understand why they aren’t working any longer.

Podcasts that have video playback will not play AT ALL on my phone, my laptop and 3 other laptops with 3 accounts 1 free and 2 with me on the same family plan, I have tried ALL of the solutions, and it is quite frustrating. The solutions like:
1. Turning on/off data saver
2. Turning on/off Video streaming (Stream Audio only)
3. Adjusting video/audio playback quality
4. Turning on/off Explicit Content
5. Downloading any podcast with video
6. Reinstalling Spotify app multiple times

Kudos for all the troubleshooting steps you've done!
Based on what you've mentioned, it seems like the ability to watch video podcasts on Spotify isn't currently available in your region, but hopefully, we’ll have it there soon.

I've tried it all to watch Call Her Daddy's (CHD) video podcasts and can't on either of my devices. The other day I was watching the podcast perfectly fine until now where I can't. I tested it to see if the other video podcasts were affected and it's just CHD's. I've cleared my cache, updated the mobile app, reinstalled the app on my desktop, and turned off all the data saving settings with data, video playback, etc. Nothing has worked.
Can someone please help me?

My Question or Issue
Video podcasts such as the Joe Rogan experience will lose video when fast forwarding or rewinding. The screen will either go to the orange background and continue to just play audio or will turn black and play neither video nor audio. The playback timer will continue to tick away as if the podcast is still playing. I have tried all the usual troubleshooting such as unplugging and replugging everything, resetting the network, uninstalling and reinstalling the app. The only solution which I consider to be unacceptable is exiting the app and the reopening, but then it starts playing back where you first started, so if you are trying to find a specific timestamp you get the same problem all over again. Please fix.
