Hi, reason for complaint- using podcasts as a way to relax when going to sleep they are constantly interrupted with loud, high tempo or shouting adverts which immediately wake me and my dog up. If a podcast is peaceful or low intensity the adverts should A play quieter and B be selected to match the listening tempo. I’m a paying customer I shouldn’t be faced with obnoxious advertising.

Whenever I get the apple ad about the safari private browser it just doesn't play so I have to restart the app every time

• Reason for complaint: Content of the ad, use of language, inappropracy - this advertise is so insulting to my common sense and morale that I am willing to never use Spotify again if this kind of thing is acceptable for this platform. There´s no way I could allow Spotify to run if I have to fear to hear ads like these when for example kids are running around me, or family in general - or absolutely anyone to be honest. The content of the ad is a pure insult to everything I value as a human being, I really don´t need some random brat to shout something about tits and cunts without any pause to my ears, especially when I can not even skip the ad, this is unacceptable.

• Reason for complaint: Ad for this business repeats every or every other ad break. Sometimes twice in the same ad break. Most of the time is the same business for an entire ad break, 3-5 consecutive ads in a single break.

• Reason for complaint: spotify app hangs when safari ad starts, I can't play anything and the ad just doesn't start, I have to quit and restart the app for it to work

On almost all the political podcasts I listen to on the free Spotify App, many have quite a few American adverts that are not applicable to the UK. So the companies paying for these adverts are wasting their money! Why can’t you stop them??

I am having the same problem with the Apple Safari ad. 

The ad doesn't play, it just causes Spotify to stop working. This is the only ad that does this. The only solution is to quit Spotify and restart it, but then it's only a matter of time before the same ad shows up again. 

Please let me know if there is a way to block this ad. There is clearly something wrong with it, since it's causing problems for a lot of people.

• Reason for Complaint: It is making me uncomfortable beyond words. It features a dog licking the mic in an ASMR fashion followed by a man talking in an extremely seductive voice saying "Stop~ That tickles~," also in an ASMR fashion. I've downvoted it more times than I can count yet it still plays. I have to physically take off my headphones every time it plays because I can't stand the sounds its making and having to repeatedly hear the disgusting insinuation of **bleep** it gives off. PLEASE remove it or compensate me with Premium to where I don't have to hear it anymore.

Same problem, I'm in New Zealand and my ads were fine for a long time, but now they're in Japanese all of a sudden.  It could be worse I suppose, Japanese is pretty lyrical.

Yep, I pay for premium and the in podcast ads on 'The Troubles Podcast' are frequently in German and French. I am based in the UK and I'm listening in the UK, so it isnt because I am travelling. The ad is for THPS 3+4 as I have been receiving the English version too, I wonder if it is an issue with that specific advert/podcast?
