Hello, so the issue that I’m having is if I go and play a song in the Spotify app it’ll go through the first 10 seconds silent before starting back at the beginning on it’s own and plays with sound. Has anyone experienced this issue? I’ve tried reinstalling the app and checking for updates. I also checked to see if the app on my iOS needs to be updated as well. When I try to play from my iOS to my computer for example, no delay there. I have updated the software on my TV and the app on the TV.
It also has something to do with my router because with phone as mesh device or as hotspot it works normally.
I’m having sort of the same experience. Whenever I put a song it fast forwards about it a minute.(example) when I put something like colossus it fast forwards about a minuet while the song is still playing at the beginning.I want this fixed cause it also forwards the lyrics and I want to sing the song at least correctly on my tv.
Same Problem here, spotify on my q810gc over WiFi navigated with my Phone has 10 seconds Delay with every command I give. As I connect it via Bluetooth or every other canal it works perfectly fine..

I reinstalled everything, restarted everything. I have a samsung Q810gc soundbar, a s24 Ultra and an samsung gq95s60cat oled tv. When playing over bluetooth or cable, everything works fine with spotify. If my soundbar and mobile are in the same Network, and I try to control spotify over mobile and play on soundbar, every command has 10 seconds Delay. Even if I use my remote. I Tried using mobile data, having WiFi shut off on my Phone, same Problem.
It took me three hours to fix the problem for now. I restarted the router once again and my phone is neither connected via Bluetooth or via wifi. I could start spotify via alexa built in to the soundbar. I will try to connect everything slowly and hope it stays fixed..
After watching a movie on the TV via soundbar via hdmi, the problem occurs again. I am really frustrated, it Ruins my user experience and the whole use of the soundbar itself.
How did you fix it?
Hey @SchlagzeugJ,
Thanks for the updates and sorry for the delay in responding!
I'd recommend you try disabling IPv6 in your network settings, since what you're experiencing sounds network-related. Another thing that comes to mind is changing the network frequency to 2.4 GHz / 5 GHz, as well as disabling DHCP and changing DNS. You can use one of the these:
