Good afternoon,

I've paid the Premium Family with a credit card from another country than the address I'm living in. The consequence is that my profile was changed according to the credit card and now I'm the only one who can use the Family premium...

Can I send a bill or an other prof to show that my family is living in France?

Another option is to use a Paypal account. Link your credit card to your Paypal account (it doesn't have a country check) and use Paypal to pay for your premium account.
