My Question or Issue

I have a prepaid family plan that lasts 3 months, it is about to end and I want to know if renewing with another plan of the same duration will count it as the same plan or as a new plan, because you can only change plans in certain number of occasions, an example of this would be If I join a "Michael" family plan and after a month I change to the "James" family plan and after the "Mony" family plan it will not leave me due to the certain number of times that you can change the family plan, I would like to know if when renewing the 3-month prepayment it will be the same or if it will be taken as a new plan

Hey @TetroSpectre ,

Thanks for coming to the Community.

If you renew before the plan ends, everything should stay the same.

Also, the 12 months restriction only applies when switching to Premium Family plans of other accounts. 🙂 It doesn't matter when the plan is still through the same account.

Hope this clears things up!
